These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website dicasdagabi.online and the purchase of the Guardião Kids e-book (together, the "Site" and the "Product"), operated by Fonseca Marketing Digital LTDA, CNPJ 37.068.617/0001-59 ("we", "us", "the Company"). By accessing the Site or purchasing the Product, you ("you", "the Customer") agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or purchase the Product.

1. Description of the product

Guardião Kids is a digital e-book, delivered as a PDF file, containing educational content about children's online safety, including: guidance on native parental control settings for Android and iPhone, strategies for managing screen time, a checklist of privacy settings for common apps and social networks, sample conversation scripts for parents, and a printable screen-time agreement template. Guardião Kids is educational and informational in nature. It is not software, does not require installation, and does not access, monitor, or control any device on our behalf.

2. Eligibility

The Product is intended for adults (18 years of age or older) purchasing on behalf of themselves or their family. By purchasing, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.

3. Purchase, price, and payment

The price of the Product is displayed on the Site at checkout, inclusive of all applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
Payment is a single, one-time charge. The Product does not involve any subscription or recurring billing.
Payment is processed by a third-party payment processor. We do not store your full card details on our own servers.
We reserve the right to change prices at any time; changes will not affect purchases already completed.

4. Delivery

Upon confirmation of payment, the Guardião Kids PDF file is delivered automatically to the email address provided at checkout, typically within a few minutes. If you do not receive the file within 24 hours of purchase, please check your spam/junk folder and then contact us at the email address in Section 13.

5. License and permitted use

Upon purchase, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to download and use the Guardião Kids e-book for your personal, non-commercial, family use. You may not resell, redistribute, publicly share, sublicense, or make the Product available to any third party who has not purchased it, in whole or in part, by any means (including but not limited to file-sharing, cloud folders, or social media).

6. Intellectual property

All content of the Product and the Site — including text, structure, graphics, and the Guardião Kids name and logo — is the intellectual property of Fonseca Marketing Digital LTDA and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. No rights are transferred to you other than the limited license described in Section 5.

7. Refunds

Purchases are covered by our 7-day money-back guarantee. Full details, including how to request a refund, are set out in our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

Guardião Kids is educational and informational content. It does not substitute professional guidance from a psychologist, pediatrician, educator, lawyer, or law enforcement professional. If you believe a child is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services or child protection authorities directly.

8. Disclaimer

The Product is provided "as is" and "as available." While we make reasonable efforts to keep the content accurate and up to date, technology platforms (such as Android and iOS) change their settings and interfaces over time, and we do not guarantee that every instruction in the Product will remain accurate indefinitely. We do not guarantee any specific outcome, result, or level of protection from using the Product; results depend on factors outside our control, including how the guidance is applied.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Fonseca Marketing Digital LTDA shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the Product or the Site. Our total liability arising from your purchase shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Product.

10. Acceptable use

You agree not to: use the Site for any unlawful purpose; attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site or its underlying systems; interfere with the proper functioning of the Site; or copy, scrape, or reproduce the Site's content beyond what is permitted under Section 5.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or for legal, regulatory, or operational reasons. The "Last updated" date above reflects the latest revision. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your purchase shall, to the extent permitted by applicable consumer protection law in your country of residence, be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Salvador, Bahia, Brazil.
